1-Eat a healthy diet-

Be positive and avoid stress, for healthy skin and for healthy state of mind

Read good books.
Make time to do the things you enjoy.
Walk on the grass or on the beach.
Play with children
Watch a Rom- Com Movie.
4-Protect yourself from the sun-
Use sunscreen
Avoid the sun between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m.,
Cover your skin with tightly woven long-sleeved shirts, long pants and wide-brimmed hats.
5-Treat your skin gently-
Avoid strong soaps. Strong soaps and detergents can strip oil from your skin.
Moisturize dry skin
Use serum before Moisturizer and applying face mask.
