Calm n Quiet Weekend : Banish the feeling of crazy busy week
Keep all the worries inside the locked door and after 5 long working days , enjoy the two days of weekend to make life calmer and contended.
My real easy tips to banish the crazy busy feeling:
Spend some time to do nothing
Sleep extra to revive the body
Listen your favorite music
Switch off the mobile for some times
Walk to the nearest garden or beach
Drink detox water( water with cucumber , mint leaves & lemon slice) to calm the stomach
Go for message or mani pedi .
Take aromatic bath like lavender or sweet orange , lifts the mood quickly.
Laugh and have a nice weekend ….
